Nicky’s loving hands have reared each and every plant, from nearby, to bring the ingredients from her garden and region to your plate.
Our amazing coastline location allows Mandy Parker, to forage for the freshest sustainable sealife. Nicky will prepare the harvest with inspirational fusions from all over the globe, which will whisper to your soul. Together we create interesting combinations from what is seasonally available.
Nicky Gibbs Sea Cottage, located in Noordhoek, boasts panoramic views from Chapmans Peak to Kommetjie, in a rurual part of the Cape Peninsula. Surrounded by sky, mountains, ocean, awesome architecture and a beautiful natural fynbos garden, the home creates a naturally relaxed atmosphere. With only a maximum of 14 guests seated around a communal table, in the heart of Nicky’s kitchen, enjoy a exceptional lunch, whilst you make new friends.
